Artist Statement:

"I am a self-taught artist from Calgary Alberta, Canada. Even though I've been painting for many years, I still enjoy discovering new painting techniques. Painting has become a huge part of my life's routine, it provide me with emotional and mental relief. it has always been a mechanism to escape from reality and enter a world of imagination and creativity. I love to work from my memory; this gives me much more freedom and expression. I enjoy painting absolutely everything; I choose not to specialize in one specific type of art, but I like to paint freely and effortlessly depending on my mood. I mostly enjoy painting abstract, and semi-abstract landscape and beautiful Mother Nature. What started out simply as a hobby has become a major discovery of the power of beauty through painting.
